Drawing upon the esteemed heritage of the former US Embassy in Grosvenor Square, affectionately known as London’s “Little America,” The Chancery Rosewood stands as a testament to both its rich past and a forward-thinking vision. Interiorem Solutions expertly delivered 139 expansive guestrooms and suites, alongside a diverse collection of sophisticated and relaxed dining and entertainment venues, all meticulously crafted to exacting standards, establishing a truly world-class destination.

Interiorem Solutions (formerly Measom) was engaged by Multiplex, Mivan, and Exa with a combined package value of £24m. The scope of works comprised the following packages:

• Fire and acoustic-rated drylined partitions & ceilings.
• Structural steelwork.
• Tape and jointing.
• Plastering.
• GRG mouldings and prefabricated panel ceilings.
• Fire and acoustic-rated riser doors.
• Access panels.
• Polished plaster – Armourcoat.
• Acoustic plaster – Baswaphon.
• Fire & acoustic stopping.
• Fire-rated glazed doors and screens.
• Replication of listed perforated GRG panels.
• STO acoustic works to the Diagrid panels.

Our expert team at Interiorem Solutions took full control, professionally managing and seamlessly coordinating a multitude of in-house specialists and external subcontractors across all phases of design, programming, and on-site execution. This proactive approach ensured smooth interaction between all trades. While numerous subcontract packages, some exceeding £2 million, demanded meticulous attention, our dedicated 12-strong in-house team expertly handled design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), clash detection, and 2D drawings. A cornerstone of this project’s success was our team’s ability to rapidly resolve intricate interface details. These were plentiful and complex, requiring the adept coordination of multi-trade performance solutions and the oversight of the installation of diverse elements.
